STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Inspired by the setting and in response to God’s love, grace, and truth, Camp Lakeview has been designed for fellowship.

Our purpose is to provide a personal environment for people of all ages which will  allow them to spend quality time together; away from the pressures of everyday life.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

In alliance with Christian Camping International, Camp Lakeview affirms the CCI/USA statement of faith as follows:

"We believe in the Holy Scriptures as originally give by God, Divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and the supreme authority in all matters of faith, and conduct; the triune God-Father, Son and Holy Spirit; the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His substitutionary atonement of sin, His bodily resurrection, and His personal visible return to earth to reign in righteousness and glory; the Person of the Holy Spirit and His work of conviction, regeneration, and sanctification, Who indwells every believer, equipping them with gifts of service and witness; the necessity of new birth, in salvation by faith in Jesus Christ alone, and the importance of a life fully committed to the will of God in Christ; and the church as the one universal body of Christ Who is the head, called to be God’s redeemed people."

We trust that individuals using our facilities will not teach, promote, or distribute materials inconsistent with Camp Lakeview’s Statement of Purpose and Statement of Faith.

We are committed to keeping Camp Lakeview free of alcohol, drugs, and unacceptable behavior and trust that you will respect our convictions.
